To change the telephone device and/or line number for sending security pins, it is important that your request be sent from the email registered in Puntored, along with the authorization of your Distributor in charge if it applies, adding the following information:

  • Full name of the point of sale holder.
  • Document number of the point of sale holder.
  • Merchant and/or terminal ID.
  • Reason for release.

Security validations will be performed internally and then we will be communicating with you for data validation in accordance to security policies.
